A lot of love goes into every Bella Lusso garment, so we want you to love them as much as we do. If an item isn't right you can simply request a return for a refund, exchange or online credit.
OUR ONLINE RETURNS POLICY COVERS:
Incorrect item/ size purchased or received and faulty garments.
We are happy to accept your return for exchange, refund or online credit:
Within 14 days for full-priced items.
Return period starts from when you receive your delivery as per your Australia Post tracking.
We do not offer refunds on Final Sale items, however we will offer an exchange if you are not 100% satisfied with your selection. Additionally, we also offer store credits for your purchase if you prefer to exchange at a later time.
PLEASE NOTE FOR ALL ONLINE RETURNS:
1) Returns must include our Returns & Exchange Form and invoice included with your order.
2) Returned items must be in original condition, unaltered, unused, unworn and unwashed.
3) All tags, labels and hanging ties must be attached to the garment.
4) Postage is non refundable on returns, exchanges, or if you cancel your order. We only refund your return postage if an item is faulty. Bella Lusso is not liable for any cost, delay, damage or loss in connection with the transport and return of the goods to us.
5) Refunds can only be made in the same manner as original payment.
6) Garments that have been soiled with anything including make-up, deodorant marks, cigarette smoke or body odour will not be accepted for exchange or refund.
7) Freight will be waived on exchanged items with the exception of International orders.
8) If your requested exchange garment is out of stock your order will be refunded.
9) PayPal orders are unable to be exchanged. Replacement items will need to be placed on a new order.
10) We recommend sending the returned parcel via Australia Express Post or Courier to ensure safe and documented delivery.
12) Refunds will only be processed once the garment has been received by Bella Lusso.
13) Clearance Items marked as SALE are not eligible for Exchange or Refund unless deemed as faulty.
Our policy does not exclude or replace your rights given under Australian Consumer Law and regulations.

Fill out the Return Slip in full (we will email it to you).
Repackage your item/s and enclose the Return Slip.
Post the parcel back to us. Please get a proof of postage receipt at the post office.

We will email you to confirm we have received your return. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed. Once the refund has been processed, depending on your payment method or card issuer, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to show in your account.
